Terms & Conditions
Please read the information listed below as each booking is subject to the MICE Quotient Pvt. Ltd standard terms and conditions.
MICE Quotient reserves the right to modify the content, timing, trainers or venue of the Conference/Training should circumstances dictate. The Event may be postponed or cancelled due to acts of terrorism, war, extreme weather conditions, industrial action, force majeure or any event beyond the control of MICE Quotient. Should such a situation arise, MICE Quotient endeavors to reschedule the Conference/Training. However, MICE Quotient cannot be held responsible for any cost, damage or expenses incurred by the client as a consequence of the Conference/Training being postponed or cancel.
Upon completion and return of the registration form, the contracting organization (herein after referred to as “the client”) acknowledges that it has read, understood and accepted the Terms and Conditions Outlined hereunder.
The client is liable to make the payment in Full to Mice Quotient within 5 working days from the date of issue on the invoice. MICE Quotient reserved the right to refuse the entry to any client who has not paid the invoiced amount in full. The client may be requested to provide a credit card guarantee against the outstanding amount if full payment has not been received.
All the Sales are final. There will be no refund for any cancellations, partial or in full, made by the client. If the client decides to cancel, the full invoice remains payable. MICE Quotient can grant to the client a credit in full for the amount paid by the client to MICE Quotient if the cancellation is made prior to a period of 30 days before the date of the Conference/Training. The credit will be valid for one year from the date of issue and id redeemable, up to the value of the Credit, for participation at any MICE Quotient event. In the event of cancellation made by the client less than 30 days prior to the date of the event, MICE Quotient will not make a refund, nor will issue a Credit.
The Confernce/Training fee does not include travel costs, hotel accommodation, transfers or insurance. Any dispute arising under or by virtue of this Registration form shall be settled before a competent Court in the United Arab Emirates
