ABOUT
Alizeh is a lawyer and human rights activist from Pakistan. She was elected to Pakistan’s National Assembly on special seat for women. During her tenure, she dedicated herself to legislating for rights of women, children and religious minorities. Alizeh has worked extensively for rehabilitation of victims of domestic violence and rape, campaigned against honour killing and spearheaded initiatives for release of bonded labour and elimination of child labour in Pakistan. Children and women’s right to education is a cause particularly close to her heart.
Alizeh is extensively experience in advising governmental and semi-governmental bodies on legislative and public policy matters.
Currently, Alizeh is the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer at Fine Hygienic Holding driving a culture change through the company that embraces diversity and inclusion; ethical work practices and is strongly committed to doing the right thing.
She has been a practicing lawyer in Pakistan and UAE with almost 20 years’ experience in both in-house and private legal practice, advising on commercial, corporate, trademark and real estate laws.
Alizeh was called to the Bar at Lincoln’s Inn, England in Year 2000.
